Our delivery charges vary depending on the level of service you require and the area in which you live.

We take all major forms of credit and debit card payment, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. In addition you can make payment via your Paypal account, or call us to arrange payment direct into our bank account via BACS.

Depending on the level of shipping service that you have chosen, you order can take as littel as 24 hours to arrive.

We aim to pick, pack and ship all orders on the same day if received before 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Our site is very secure and uses the latest encryption techniques on all pages to ensure your data is safe.

When you pay for your order, you will be transported to a 3rd party encrypted payment gateway to enter your details which is fully PCI compliant. At no time do we or anyone else have direct access to your payment details.

One we receive your order (usually within 15 minutes of being placed online), we will begin to process the order. If there are any amendments it is vital you contact us either by telephone, live chat or email as soon as possible so that we can adjust the order if there is still time.

When you place an order online with us, you will get a confirmation email directly after payment has completed. This confirms your order has been successfully received by us and gives you a breakdown of what you have ordered. It is important that you read through this carefully to ensure that the shipping details are correct and that the items you have ordered are in the correct quantities.

Once we have picked and processed your order you will receive a despatch confirmation by email which will have your VAT invoice attached.
