Cancelling An Order
If you ordered from us but wish to cancel an order before it has been marked as completed, please contact us immediately either by telephone on 0203 1377 133 or via livechat and we will try our best to cancel the order. If the order has been shipped, either via our paper mill or one of our delivery services, we will be unable to cancel the order. In this instance, you will need to return the items to us for a refund. Bespoke items or bulk box (wholesale) orders are not eligible for returns at any time once shipped.
Returning An Order
If you have received an order, and it is not the correct size or colour, you may return the items to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please return them to us at the following address.

Please include the original/copy invoice that was included with the order, so that we can match up the returned items to your order when they arrive. For security and peace of mind, we always recommend the use of a trackable or signed for service when returning items to us. If this is not possible, obtaining a Certificate of Posting is recommended as in the unlikely event of the return parcel not arriving safely with us, Royal Mail would need this for any claim arising from a non-delivery of the item.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable.
- Card orders (these are custom cut to order and as such are classified as “personalised items and custom-made items”).
- Bulk box orders items and trade wholesale packs as indicated on our website by their category insertion.
- Orders shipped to / order by a business (we may choose to accept returns from businesses in certain circumstances).
- Envelopes that are returned after the 14th day of receipt or arrive with us more than 28 days after receipt of the goods.
Faulty, Incorrect Or Damaged Orders
We package all our products in sturdy packaging so you should never find that any items arrive damaged. All orders are visually checked before leaving our warehouse to ensure everything arrives with you in pristine condition. In the unlikely event of damage by one of our delivery partners, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your invoice number and attaching photographic evidence of any damage. Please also provide a contact email address and daytime telephone number. One of our support colleagues will then be in contact with you within 1 working day to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. We may request return of any incorrectly delivered or faulty items prior to issuing a refund or exchange. For UK customers, subject to determination by us, a refund or exchange will be offered at our sole discretion. For orders delivered outside of the UK, a refund will be made for any items deemed by us to be incorrectly delivered, damaged or faulty.
